We are located at 3075 Baker Rd. in the small downtown area of Dexter, Michigan.


Your arrival

Please drop off any bulky items you want to bring with you, at the parking lot drop off, located behind the building. There is a small area for storage of suitcases at the center if you are not able to check in to where you are staying prior to the first day.

The center will provide all mats, tables, stools, bolsters, head supports, face towels, etc.

After class we want to respect the privacy of the people who are staying at the center, so talking on your phone in the center other than break times is discouraged. There will be clear plastic bins for shoes. Please wear clean socks in the main areas for hygiene reasons, and no bare feet. If you need to wear shoes please purchase a pair that will be dedicated to being worn for exclusive use inside the center.
