Ask people to introduce themselves so that they will create 5 +/- 2 categories. (Person 1 introduces self in a category (e.g., participation research?), all the other people who belong to that category introduce selves. Then next person defines self in a new category (e.g., educator?) and others join in. This creates a community-built mental model.
