4. Today's lesson will be done while lying on your back. You will need a small blanket, or a towel, folded lengthwise to put behind your lumbar arch.

Today's lesson will be partially adaptable to sitting. If necessary, you can do some of today's lesson in a sitting position. You'll find additional information about adapting lessons under Supplemental Information in your Feldenkrais Access library. 

5. Most of today's lesson will be done while lying on your back. We will briefly lie on our stomach. Please have some extra padding near by to put under your chest, if you think this will increase your comfort.
